From 10 a.m. to noon on Halloween day, October 31,2019, downtown merchants will pass out treats on the historic Newnan Square.
The event is FREE to attend.
Costumes are always welcomed and encouraged.
This event typically hosts a crowd of around 1,000 children and lasts 2 hours.
