The city of Duluth is hosting its annual Halloween event, Howl on the Green, on Friday, October 25th, 2019. There will be food trucks, costume contests, live music, special activities, trick-or-treating opportunities, and plenty of spooky entertainment.
Admission and most activities are FREE. There is no charge for kids to use the bounce houses or craft stations. Just bring your wallet for the food trucks.
Howl on the Green takes place on the Duluth Town Green (where else?) from 6 to 10 p.m. It is a family- and pet-friendly event.
Kid-friendly activities take place from 6 to 9 p.m. At 9:00, the spooky fun starts, with fire dancers, break-dancing werewolves, mystical creatures, and aerialists performing on the festival stage. It will be a night of surprising entertainment for everyone.

Duluth has a liberal alcohol policy. During Friday night events, you can carry an alcoholic beverage with you, as long as it was purchased from licensed downtown merchant. So swing by a local restaurant and grab a cocktail when you arrive!
You cannot bring outside alcohol into this event.
