Kroger gives away FREE pints of ice cream: here’s how to get the coupon on Friday

On Friday, June 19, 2026 at noon, visit FreeKrogerIceCream.com to download a single-use digital coupon for one FREE pint of Kroger Brand ice cream.
(Mark your calendar so you don’t forget!)

The coupon can be redeemed in-store or through pickup and delivery at participating Kroger Family of Stores from June 19 to July 3, 2026. 

The offer is valid for all Kroger Brand pint flavors, including the retailer’s new limited-edition Summer in a Pint collection. 

This summer’s limited edition flavors include:

• Seventh Inning Swirl: Caramel popcorn flavored ice cream with praline peanuts and caramel swirls.
• Sweet As Cherry Pie: Cherry pie flavored ice cream with tart cherry swirls and pie pieces.
• Banana Split Social: Strawberry banana ice cream with pineapple chunks and chocolate swirls.
