The City of College Park will host its Juneteenth Parade & Community Day Celebration on Friday, June 19, 2026. This is a day-long series of events, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Everything is FREE to attend, with the events centered at and around the Wyatt Recreation Center.
Schedule of events
Parade – 10 a.m. to noon
Festival – 1 to 5 p.m.
Concert – 2 to 5 p.m.
Parade Route:
Phoenix Boulevard near the VA Center to Tracey Wyatt Recreation Complex on Godby Road.
This year’s event will feature:
Health screenings and wellness resources
Cultural performances and live entertainment
A petting zoo
Face painting
Family-friendly games and activities
Community vendors and exhibitors
Educational and cultural experiences celebrating African American history and heritage
