The 42nd annual Christmas Tree Lighting will take place at the Snellville Towne Green on Saturday, November 25, 2023.
The event kicks off with a Lighted Christmas Parade — which begins at 5:30 p.m. at Wisteria Plaza and makes it’s way down a short route to the Towne Green.
The parade will feature lighted floats and — of course — Santa Claus.
The tree lights go on around 7 p.m.
The parade and tree lighting are FREE to attend.
Visits with Santa are FREE — so bring your camera.
Other activities at the Towne Green will come with a small fee (see below).
They include:
- Cookie Decorating by Bill Rhodes Bakery
- Roasted S’mores by Tom Wages Funeral Services
- Build-It Activity by Home Depot
- Ornament Decorating by Snellville Tourism and Trade
Each of these activities require one ticket — which you can purchase for either $1 or 2 cans of food.
