Henry County’s spring festival features a helicopter egg drop this Saturday

Henry County Parks & Rec department will host a spring festival on Saturday, March 21, 2026. The event goes from 5 to 9 p.m. and is FREE to attend. 

Bring your own flashlight, camera, and a basket for collecting eggs.

The festival will include:

• Flashlight egg hunt
• Helicopter egg drop
• Photos with the Easter Bunny
• Kids Zone play area
• Food trucks 
• Petting Zoo
• Sensory-friendly activities for special needs families

The helicopter egg drop is at 6:45 p.m. 
Egg hunts start at 7 p.m. for kids age 2 to 4.
The special needs egg hunt is at 7:30. 
The flashlight egg hunt for kids age 5 to 7 begins at 8 p.m. 
A second flashlight egg hunt for ages 8 to 12 begins at 8:30 p.m.
