Duluth’s spectacular “Deck the Hall” celebration — tree lighting, music, snow playground, Santa Claus, food trucks, gift market, more this Saturday

The city of Duluth hosts its annual Deck the Hall celebration and tree lighting on Saturday, December 6, 2025. It is FREE to attend, and takes place from 2 to 7 p.m. As always, it takes place on the Duluth Town Green in the downtown area.

This festive event features live entertainment, crafts for the kids, a real snow playground and snow slide, FREE photos with Santa, a holiday market, and a tree lighting ceremony. See the details below.

Kids can visit with Santa Claus and pose for pictures. 

There will also be food trucks, carolers, live music, storytime for the kids, and more.
