Pokémon is a worldwide phenomenon, with fans of all ages excited about anything related to the family of characters. And Pokémon is everywhere — including Best Buy!
The popular electronics store is celebrating 30 years of Pokémon with a giveaway for one day only.
On August 29, 2026, Pokémon fans can get a FREE trading kit at select Best Buy locations — from noon to 2 p.m.
No purchase necessary.
Plus, the event is an opportunity to play, trade, and share some of your favorite Pokémon with other trainers.
The giveaway is available while supplies last.
As with all giveaways, it’s a good idea to get there early for your best chance at getting one of the kits.
The trading kit giveaway is only available at select Best Buy locations.
