There’s a heat wave coming, with temperatures expected to soar toward triple digits, according to the weather gurus at WSB-TV, Channel 2.

Starting on July 24, 2025, which is National Refreshment Day, a Starry vending machine at Colony Square will automatically dispense FREE 20-ounce Starry bottles whenever the temperature hits 100 degrees.

The Starry vending machine will be located at Colony Square on The Plaza, across from the Concierge station, in Building 300, near Collier’s Candy.
It remains in place at Colony Square through July 31st.
During these days, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.,* an outside temperature reading of 100 degrees or more will trigger the FREE Starry sodas to be dispensed to anyone who wants one.
No strings attached!
*On Wednesday, July 30th, the hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
You’ll also see billboards around metro Atlanta, leading people to the 100-degrees, 100% off promotion.
If you can’t make it to midtown to visit Colony Square, OR if we never make it to 100 in the ATL, there’s another freebie option for you!
You can visit Starry100degrees100off.com to secure a digital pass.
Then, when any location anywhere in the U.S. hits 100 degrees, you can buy a 20-oz Starry anywhere, upload the receipt, and receive full cash back via PayPal or Venmo — through September 2, 2025.
