This 12th annual back to school block party is a free, family-friendly event full of fun and freebies.
It takes place on Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 10 a.m. to noon, at South Gwinnett High School.
The event will include free clothes/shoes, free bookbags and school supplies, games and activities, local food vendors, voter registration, community services, and vendors featuring commercial or hand-made products.
The giveaways are available while supplies last.

There will be barbers/hairstylists on-site providing free haircuts and hairstyles.
This is for students from pre-K thru 12th grade.
Please come with hair pre-washed with no chemicals applied.
Parking will be available at Britt Elementary School located at 2503 Skyland Dr SW, Snellville, GA 30078 as well as the overflow parking by the baseball and football fields.
Children must be present to receive bookbags and supplies.
Limit of 5 bookbags per family.
