The Atlanta Film Freak Society believes the best way to celebrate Friday the 13th is by watching classic slasher films. So of course, it is hosting a triple feature on Friday, June 13, 2025 — for the low price of $15.
It all takes place at Limelight Theater Atlanta, located at:
349 Decatur St. SE
Atlanta, GA 30312
The event features a trio of slasher flicks hailing from the Golden Age of the slasher genre — the 1980s.
And if this is a bit too much gore for you, check out our list of 13 Lucky Things to Do on Friday the 13th.
Event details
The first film rolls at 7:30 p.m., and the final flick wraps about 1 a.m.
The triple feature includes:
♦ Blood Tracks (1985)
A hair metal band ventures out into the snowy mountains for a music video shoot, only to meet their grisly demise.
♦ Ghost Dance (1982)
This is an early example of a “supernatural slasher” wherein a Native American curse unleashes deadly retribution on a group of small town residents.
♦ Iced (1988)
Hit the slopes for a late ’80s classic full of gnarly kills!
