All month long, you can visit Peachtree Corners Town Center at dusk to view a new public art and light installation by Atlanta-based artist Eddie Farr.
The art and light exhibit will be on display from October 1 to November 7, 2025.
Titled The Cloud That Dreamed of a Lake, the installation is suspended between the awnings above the green space on the Town Green. It evokes the magic of the skies, and is inspired by the dramatic sunsets that emerge after a rainstorm.
Suspended between the awnings, an inverted cloud will hang as if caught in reflection, radiating in coordination with natural sunsets.
Watch as golden hues fade into vivid sunset colors before fading into night, and as darkness deepens, stars and the moon emerge across its surface, then slowly dim as if drifting clouds eclipse the light.
The Cloud that Dreamed of a Lake by Eddie Farr is produced by Dashboard, and presented by Explore Gwinnett.
It is part of Gwinnett County’s ARTober showcase, with events happening all month long.
