I scream, you scream! July is National Ice Cream Month, first designated in 1984. It includes National Ice Cream Day, which always falls on the third Sunday of July — that’s a play on the word “sundae,” by the way!

And that means you will find plenty of ice cream deals and freebies on Sunday, July 19, 2026.

Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream

On Sunday, July 19, 2026, Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream locations will offer a Buy-One-Get-One deal on Regular Sensations from 2 to 5 p.m.
The deal applies to both Sensations in the pair, meaning both guests get to choose their own Sensation, then customize it to the base they want. 

Each Sub Zero location offers 12 different Sensations that feature a variety of amazing combinations of flavors and mix-ins, from chocolatey to fruity to caramel or nutty. Each Sensation shows off how wonderful the ice cream is with a variety of combinations, packed with ingredients like fruit, chocolate, candies, cookies, and more. All Sensations can include a waffle bowl.

Every order at Sub Zero is made fresh to order — customers can customize their cream, flavors, and mix-ins, then watch their ice cream flash-frozen with liquid Nitrogen at -321℉ right in front of them, which is said to produce a smoother, creamier result than anything that comes out of a commercial freezer.
