Indie film lovers — this one’s for you!
The Southern Circuit Film Series is returning to Hapeville this fall.
As a proud recipient of this independent film series, Hapeville will host three FREE, independent films — a season full of storytelling, culture and community.
Each FREE screening opens with a reception, featuring live music and food at 6 p.m.
Films are shown at 7 p.m., and each is followed by a conversation with the filmmaker.
The Southern Circuit Tour of Independent Filmmakers is a program of South Arts.
Southern Circuit screenings are funded in part from South Arts in a partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts.
These are INDOOR events.
The screenings take place inside Christ Church & Carriage House, located within Jess Lucas Park in downtown Hapeville.
The venue has a capacity of just 100 people and there is no RSVP option for the films, so get there early!
(The organizers tell us that capacity has never been a problem in the past.)

A portrait of self-taught visionary artist Minnie Evans, built from archival recordings, her artwork and the coastal landscapes that inspired it, meant to shed light on an artist held in major museum collections yet still not widely known.

American Pachuco: The Legend of Luis Valdez
