Peachtree Corners is once again hosting its summer Flicks on the Green series in 2021. This is a FREE movie series that features iconic movies. See the film schedule below for titles.
There is also a Sports on the Screen watch party series.
The movies take place on the first Saturday of the month, May through October, on the Peachtree Corners Town Green.
The sports watch parties are on select dates in July and August.
Bring a picnic blanket or a low-profile lawn chair.
According to the city website, the films start at 7 p.m., which is well before sunset — but the organizers tell us they have a high-resolution screen that works well before dark.
You can pack a picnic or buy food from Town Green restaurants.
Parking is available within the Town Center shopping district. Additional parking is available on Davinci Court, which is just off Peachtree Corners Circle.
You’re asked to maintain the CDC’s recommended 6-foot social distancing requirement, and strongly encouraged to wear a face mask.
The film schedule:
- June 5th — Ferris Bueller’s Day Off
- July 3rd — Hook
- August 7 — Thor
- September 4th — Cars
- October 2nd — Labyrinth
The sports schedule:
- Saturday, July 17th — Atlanta United v. New England at 5 p.m.
- Saturday, July 24th — Atlanta United v. Columbus at 3:30 p.m.
- Saturday, August 21st — Braves v. Orioles at 7:05 p.m.
The city website notes that all events are tentative — and that everyone should check the Peachtree Corners Calendar to make sure an event is still on, before heading out.
