Roswell’s Annual Lighting of the Christmas Tree is on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Heart of Roswell Park, located at Canton Street and Elizabeth Way.
This is a free, festive family-friendly event.
Come for choral performances, hot chocolate, fire pits and s’mores, a special reading of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, a visit from Santa Claus, and the culminating event: the lighting of a 40-foot tree at the center of Heart of Roswell park.

Deck the Square lighted tree display
Deck the Square returns this year with all new community-decorated trees at Roswell’s Historic Town Square.
Stroll through the Roswell Square to enjoy a myriad of beautiful custom trees created by Roswell businesses and organizations.
Deck the Square is FREE and open to the public.
The community-decorated trees will be on display from December 6, 2025 until January 2, 2026.
