Light Up Brookhaven is a winter festival with tree & menorah lighting this Wednesday

Light Up Brookhaven takes place on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Blackburn Park. It is FREE to attend.

This is a three-hour winter festival that included the traditions of both Christmas and Hanukah — along with food, music, giveaways, face-painting, a candy cane hunt, and more seasonal fun.

Expect a dramatic arrival by Santa Claus, based on last year’s event.

The event includes the lighting of the city’s 40-foot Christmas tree, the city’s Hanukah menorah, and the dreidel display.
