Today, modern touchscreens and interactive displays help tell the story of the Root family and their enslaved house servants. There is also a gift shop and visitor center.
The William Root House is located at:
80 N Marietta Parkway NW
Marietta, GA 30060
The museum has limited free parking. You can also find two-hour public parking in the city lot next door, and there are paid lots nearby offering $5 parking.
