Head to Atlantic Station for a behind-the-scenes peek at the iconic public art project known as Tiny Doors ATL.
This is a recurring event that takes place on third Saturdays of each month, so you’ll have another chance next month to visit Open Studio Day.
Open Studio hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the event is FREE to attend.
You’ll get to meet artist Karen Anderson Singer, tour her studio, see what she’s working on now, and view the “retired” tiny doors in a special gallery.

In cases you don’t know, Tiny Doors ATL is a public art project that brings whimsy to intown Atlanta. The tiny doors are installed at the invitation of a neighborhood or organization, and are designed to reflect the surrounding community.
The numbered doors are FREE to visit and photograph. You can find a complete list of the doors, along with their locations and photos, on the Tiny Doors ATL website.
Tiny Doors ATL has also developed a FREE lesson plan available for download to educators and home-schoolers.
