The deal allows you to purchase a one-year Gold Star Membership at $60, and get a $45 Digital Costco Bonus Card for FREE.
This is basically a 75% OFF deal — you’ll pay full price and then get a credit back for most of it.

With this Groupon deal, you’ll also get a coupon for $40 OFF an online order of $250 or more at Costco.com. The coupon expires on October 31, 2023.
