The city of Roswell hosts its 20th annual Fireworks Extravaganza on Thursday, July 4, 2019. This is a family-oriented event that includes live performances, a Kids Zone, and plenty of food. The event runs from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. It takes place at Roswell High School, on the front lawn. Bring your picnic blankets and chairs. No dogs are allowed. Note that Roswell High School is a drug-, alcohol-, and tobacco-free zone.
The Kids Zone opens at 5:s0 p.m. It features giant inflatables, a Ninja Tower, face painting, music, and more. There is a fee for activities here. You can purchase tickets at the ticket booth for $1 each, a packet of 12 for $10, or a $20 wristband for unlimited access. Food trucks begin serving at 5:30 p.m. Live music is scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m. 6 p.m. — Last Call Band performs 7:30 p.m. — Party Nation performs Fireworks are scheduled for 9:30 p.m. However, the start time is sometimes earlier or later depending on the weather.
