Woodlands Garden will hold its Fall Plant Sale over one weekend: Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20, 2026
The selection of plants for sale has a heavy focus on native plants.
Interested shoppers are encouraged to reserve a shopping time slot online to help streamline the process.
Time slots begin at 9 a.m. on both days.
BUT walk-ups will also be welcome to the sale from noon to 2 p.m.
The sale includes plants that have been grown on site as well as plants sourced from native plant nurseries.
The 2026 Fall Plant Sale will have the most diverse selection of Piedmont native plants around, including many plants that are hard to find in the nursery trade.
You’ll find pollinator-attracting natives, shrubs, perennials, and groundcovers.
Plant expert volunteers are happy to help guide shoppers through the departments of available plants.

Woodlands Garden is a non-profit with a mission to preserve a cultivated woodland as an urban sanctuary for educating and engaging the community in the natural world.
The eight-acre garden is open daily from dawn to dusk and is ALWAYS FREE.
