The city of Norcross is throwing a pre-Fourth of July block party. NOTE that this event takes place on Wednesday, July 3rd! Admission to the block party is FREE.
It all happens in downtown Norcross, from 5 to 11 p.m. on July 3rd.
Come early for an assortment of food vendors and kids’ activities — including bounce houses, face painting, and more. (Some activities have a small fee.)
The downtown Norcross restaurants will be open, serving up food, drink, and live music.
Fireworks will begin at dusk.
Please note that tents and umbrellas are not allowed.
Handicapped parking will be available at Norcross City Hall, 65 Lawrenceville St.
You can park at the Norcross First United Methodist Church, 2500 Beaver Ruin Road. A shuttle will continuously between the church and festivities, starting at 4:00 p.m.
Downtown streets close at 3:00 p.m., but city staff will be available to transport seniors or anyone needing assistance via golf carts.
