The city of Kennesaw will host an all-day Independence Day celebration on Thursday, July 3, 2025.
The location is Depot Park in historic downtown Kennesaw.
Bring a picnic meal or plan to buy food on site — there will be a good variety of meals and snacks.
Coolers are allowed but grills are NOT permitted.
You’re encouraged to bring a blanket or low-back chair.
No umbrellas or tents.
You can expect a day of fun that includes:
- Live music on two stages (see schedule below)
- Fireworks
- Family-friendly activities
- Food vendors
- Street entertainers
The kids’ area will include pay-to-play attractions, like rides and inflatables.
Fireworks start around 9:3o and will be visible from Depot Park.
FREE public parking will be available at the following locations:
- Adams Park & the Ben Robertson Community Center
- Along Lewis Street, between North Main Street & Dallas Street
