Gwinnett County is offering FREE trees to eligible homeowners in unincorporated Gwinnett County with the Front Yard Tree Program.
Apply to receive up to two native trees for planting in your front yard at no cost to you. Upon selection, the trees will be delivered and planted by a landscape professional.
This community initiative is designed to expand the county’s tree canopy, improve air quality, and make neighborhoods more vibrant.
NOTE: If you’re not in Gwinnett County, you may be eligible for another FREE tree program through Trees Atlanta.
Eligible homeowners can explore tree types and sizes that have been carefully selected and will be planted by landscape professionals to thrive in the local landscape.
Available trees vary by the size of your yard and include:
- Flowering Dogwoods
- Black Gum
- Southern Magnolia
- White Oak
- Shumard Oak
- Serviceberry
- Redbud
- Witch Hazel
- American Holly
- Willow Oak
- Pignut Hickory
- and more!
