The City of Clarkston will host an International Rice Festival on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from noon to 4 p.m.
Admission is FREE at the Clarkston Community Center.
The event celebrates rice, culture, and community.
It is family-friendly, with activities for kids.
You’ll be able to taste 20 different rice dishes from around the world for free (while supplies last).
Tastings include:
Jollof rice
Biryani
Savannah red rice
Jamaican rice & peas
Mango sticky rice
Rice pudding
… and more!
The Rice Festival also brings culture to the stage, with music, dance, and entertainment that represents the diverse communities of metro Atlanta.
You can also shop with local vendors and receive FREE books for kids, while supplies last.
