
DeKalb County’s first FREE Shakespeare series is coming to Avondale Estates, a city whose Tudor-Revival style architecture is inspired by the playwright’s birthplace.
A three-part, family-friendly series, A Shakespeare Happening, will take place this spring.
The events will take place at the Town Green and are FREE and open to the public.
No tickets are required.
The 2026 dates are:
Saturday, March 21
Saturday, April 18
Saturday, May 23
Each event goes from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
They will take place rain or shine.
