Stonecrest Back-to-School Giveaway: free bookbags + school supplies on Saturday

There will be a Back-to-School Giveaway in Stonecrest on Saturday, August 1, 2026. 
It is hosted by District 3 Councilwoman Alecia Washington.

The event is FREE to attend, from noon to 3 p.m., at Fairington Park. 

Come out to the park to grab a free bookbag with school supplies, and enjoy some free snacks. 
There will also be music to keep the vibe going. 

No RSVP or ticket required — just bring the kids and your school spirit.
