The Georgia Mineral Society will host its annual Gem, Mineral and Jewelry Show on Mother’s Day weekend — that’s May 8 to 10, 2026.
Admission is FREE — just come on in!
There is also free parking on site.
There will be 30+ vendors selling minerals, fossils, jewelry, and related artisan creations.
Grab bags are available for $5.00.
The grab bags are filled with all kinds of rocks, minerals, and fossils. Get yours at the hospitality table, then click for an identification guide to learn about the things you have in your grab bag.
Be sure to sign up for the door prizes, which are given away several times per hour.
There will also be a silent auction every 2 hours throughout the day, with amazing items up for bid.
Demonstrations and interactive classes happen throughout the weekend.

For the kids, there will be Magician Shows on Saturday, May 9th at 11:30, 12:30, and 2:30.
Kids can also do a scavenger hunt for prizes — just ask for the worksheet at the hospitality table in the lobby.
Show hours:
Friday — 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday — 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday — 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
