Fitness on the Field is back!
As always, it’s FREE to attend.
But since its cold outside, the January event will be held on the field INSIDE Mercedes-Benz Stadium, instead of outdoors at the Home Depot Backyard.
The January event is spread across two nights:
Thursday, Jan. 15, 2026
Friday, Jan. 16, 2026
The events go from 6 to 8 p.m. on both nights, and gates open at 5 p.m.
This year, there will be TWO classes per night, and the schedule for the January event is just below.
Join local fitness instructors for a night of fitness, giveaways, and music vibes.
These events are open to age 16 and up.
NOTE that an adult must accompany minors of 16 and 17 years old.
Children under the age of 16 will have to stay home for this one, there will be activities for them later in the season.

Thursday, Jan. 15
6 to 6:45 p.m. — Royal Physique: The full body experience
7 to 7:45 p.m. — Trap Boxing with Mike Starr
Friday, Jan. 16
6 to 6:45 p.m. — Body Blast with DJ Bostick
7 to 7:45 p.m. — Heat Xtreme with DP
Both days will feature an Actively Black Pop-Up Experience and Community Corner featuring local small businesses. Additionally, hydration and product sampling courtesy of Gatorade and Quest Nutrition.
Tickets & Registration
The advance registration slots on Eventbrite filled up really quickly and are currently sold out.
BUT, the organizer told Atlanta on the Cheap that walk-ups are welcome, and that they’ve never yet had to turn away walk-ups for space. It’s a football field, after all.
If you plan to arrive as a walk-up, PLEASE get there right at 5 p.m., as it will be first-come, first-served and for all we know this might be the first time ever that they’ve had to turn anyone away.
If you got a ticket thru Eventbrite but can no longer attend, be sure to release your tickets so others can enjoy.
Getting There & Parking
Mercedes-Benz Stadium Field is located at:

FREE parking is available inside The Home Depot Backyard on a first-come, first-serve basis (get there early!)
Additional parking will be available for purchase in advance.
Please plan accordingly for traffic and purchase parking in advance to avoid increased prices.
Note: Parking in the Red Deck may be limited due to filming activity in the surrounding area.

Rideshare info
Guests are encouraged to arrive at the Vine City MARTA Station and use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge to walk across Northside Drive to Gate 1.

The preferred station for arrival and departure is the Vine City Station.
This station will drop you off just across the street from Gate 1 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge at Northside Drive.
