The Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival is back for 2026!
The headline acts have been announced, but the full music line-up has not yet been finalized.
Mark your calendar. Save the date.
The festival will take place in Blackburn Park on March 28th and 29th, 2026.
Festival hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days.
According to a Facebook post, the Classic Car Show will be back for the 2026 festival. It also says that the usual elements of the annual festival will be in place — including the Kids Zone, art market, dog lure chasing, and food trucks.
Festival admission and all of the concerts are FREE.
The venue is Blackburn Park, an expansive green space that stretches along Ashford-Dunwoody Rd., just inside the Perimeter.
The city planted 240 Yoshino and Kwanzan cherry trees there in 2014, although many didn’t survive and the blossoms are a secondary attraction at best.

More about The Head and The Heart

Last year, The Head and The Heart released their Verve Forecast album, Aperture. The album brings the band back to a DIY approach as it’s the first record self-produced by the band since their self-titled debut album in 2011.
The band went on to appear and perform on ABC News, CBS Saturday, The TODAY Show, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and The Kelly Clarkson Show. Over the years, The Head and The Heart have established their status as a touring powerhouse, having landed prime time mainstage slots at Coachella, Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits.
Following the release of the album, this past year saw the band tour North America, and in addition to various festival performances and headline dates, The Head and The Heart will join 11x Grammy Award-winner Brandi Carlile on the road this winter.
More about Max McNown
Max McNown is a singer-songwriter from Bend, Oregon, who creates the kind of songs that perfectly soundtrack our most intimate moments: times of intense heartache and tremendous loss, immense upheaval and life-changing revelation.
Within just a year of teaching himself to play guitar, the Oregon-bred, Nashville-based musician turned out three EPs spotlighting his emotionally potent yet nuanced lyrics—an element beautifully displayed on his breakout single “A Lot More Free,” a track that landed on Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart and greatly expanded his grassroots following.
Anchored in the charmingly warm vocal presence he partly honed by busking at the beach in Southern California, McNown’s debut album Wandering brings an even deeper sense of purpose to his songwriting—and, in turn, reveals his extraordinary capacity to ease the mind and strengthen the soul.

More about Soul Asylum
Grammy award-winning and multi-platinum selling rock band Soul Asylum started as Minneapolis’ punk younger brothers to the Replacements and Husker Dü.
Their 1992 breakthrough album, Grave Dancers Union, featured the international hits “Runaway Train”, “Black Gold” and “Somebody to Shove.”
“Runaway Train” won a Grammy, and its groundbreaking music video brought nearly two dozen missing and exploited children and teens around the world home to their families.
Soul Asylum has released 13 original albums – including their most recent, 2024’s Slowly But Shirley – with multiple live albums and assorted Greatest Hits collections.
Their famous 1993 MTV Unplugged performance was released for the first time on vinyl as a coveted Record Store Day exclusive, and November 2025 also saw the 30-year-anniversary reissue of their Let Your Dim Light Shine album.
More about Natasha Bedingfield
Natasha Bedingfield released her debut studio album, Unwritten, in 2004, which enjoyed international success with more than 2.3 million copies sold worldwide.
Bedingfield received a Grammy Award nomination for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for the title track “Unwritten”, and at the 2005 and 2006 Brit Awards, she was nominated for Best British Female Artist.
Bedingfield has sold over 10 million albums and 10 million singles worldwide, totalling over 20 million records worldwide. In 2012, VH1 ranked Bedingfield number 66 on the list of 100 Greatest Women in Music.
