Amazon Prime Day, which is normally in July, has been rescheduled to June 21 and 22, 2021. For those two days, Amazon will offer tremendous savings — it’s just like Black Friday, and perhaps better. These deals will be for Prime members only.
Note: You can try Amazon Prime for free, for 30 days. After those 30 days you’re free to cancel and there will be no charge. Now is a great time to sign up, so you’re ready for Prime Day.
And if you receive certain types of government assistance, like an EBT card, you can get a free 30-day trial, followed by half off the regular price if you decide to subscribe.
Amazon Prime Day is a huge shopping holiday, with incredible bargains on TVs, smart home, kitchen, grocery, toys, fashion, furniture, appliances and back-to-school supplies and even stock up on everyday essentials.
The Prime Day deals begin at midnight on October 13, 2020.
As often as every five minutes, for 48 hours, new deals will become available. And, Amazon is offering some preview deals before Prime Day, so you can save even more on select merchandise.

The shopping outlook for the 2021 gift season: The prediction for 2021 is that “stampede” shopping events like Thanksgiving Day Doorbuster sales and Black Friday sales will take on less importance. Retailers will move their deals online, and will spread them out, starting now and continuing through the holidays.

How to get credits for Amazon Prime Day
You can actually stack several deals to earn free bonus money to spend during Prime Day.
Spend $10, Get $10
Through Sunday, June 20, Amazon will offer a $10 credit to use on Prime Day to members who spend $10 on select small business products and brands based in the U.S. in Amazon’s store, including products from Amazon Handmade and Amazon Launchpad. This promotion is fully funded by Amazon to connect customers with local small businesses selling in its store. Small business promotions will also run in the U.K., Spain, Germany, Italy, France, and Japan.
Gift card with credit card approval
If you are looking for a new credit card, there’s an instant $150 Amazon gift card upon approval for the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa. Think about it though: if they can afford to give that much to everyone who gets approved, how much do they plan on earning from you? So proceed wisely – and don’t do it unless you were planning to get a new card anyway.
Earn 10% Back in Rewards
Related to both of the deals above: During the Spend $10, Get $10 promotion, Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Card and Amazon Prime Store Card holders with an eligible Prime membership will also earn 10% back in rewards on select small business purchases. Visit amazon.com/pcb to learn more.
