Gwinnett County Parks & Recreation is celebrating 40 years of fun at Shorty Howell Park. 
This FREE event takes place on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., inside the Shorty Howell Park Activity Building. 

But come early, before the free birthday cake runs out. 

Concessions available for purchase.
