Though I tend to browse for new-to-me works on art walks & at festivals, the American Craft Council’s show is a good opportunity to check out artists that aren’t necessarily based in the southeast. You can start your charm bracelet while shopping the American Craft Charm Collection, see craft in context at the home décor exhibition, watch artist demos, & more.
Want to go? The downside is it isn’t free–Admission is $13 for one-day pass or $28 for a three-day pass at the door, though you’ll save $1 on a one-day pass or $2 on a two-day pass if you buy in advance. Admission is free for American Craft Council Members & children age 12 & under.
But if you plan it right, you can go on the cheap:
- You can print & use WSB Family-2-Family coupon code “WSB2014″ when order tickets online, you’ll save $5 on daily admission.
- On Friday, March 14, you’ll pay $5 if you shop after $5 p.m.
Cobb Galleria Centre is located at Two Galleria Parkway, Atlanta. FYI–Parking is free.
