UPDATE–Skip it. Though I read a couple of posts from moms outside of Kansas City who claim to have gotten the free glasses, it looks like on the whole Target optical stores are not participating, and per a comment here, it was meant to be a one-time promotion just in KC. I’ve deleted the post.
