I don’t spend much time watching the Food Network, but I do own a copy of Rachael Ray’s Express Lane Meals cookbook. big orange book cover And while I’ve yet to pull off one of her recipes in 30 minutes from start to finish, everything I’ve tried has tasted fabulous.
