In the mood for Greek food? The Marietta Greek Festival will take place this weekend, May 17-19. There’ll be an Agora filled with Mediterranean wares, live Greek music, costumed folk dancers, oh, and food. You can indulge in everything from gyros & souvlaki to Greek wines and baklava.
Admission is $4 for adults, and free for kids age 12 & under. But if you head out this afternoon, you can get in free: Per the flyer, admission is free from 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 17, 2013.

There’s no parking available on site, but free shuttle service will be provided from the following lots, and it’s free to park: Simpson Middle School (Trickum Rd–Friday, Saturday, Sunday), Church of Latter Day Saints (Trickum Rd–Friday & Saturday), & Lassiter High School (Shallowford Rd–Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
