The Live from Woodruff Park series features both live music concerts and “screen on the green” events that include a performance component. The festivities start at 5:00 p.m., and if the evening includes a movie screening, the film will begin at sundown.
It’s free to attend Live from Woodruff Park. Want to go? Here’s the lineup for the rest of the 2018 season:
- July 11: Sister Act (movie), featuring a pre-show performance by Angel White + Praise Singers
- July 18: A Night of Rhythm and Blues in the Park
- July 25: Drumline (movie), featuring a pre-show performance by the South Atlanta High School marching band.
Live from Woodruff Park takes place on the Main Lawn, which is bordered by Edgewood Ave., Peachtree St., Auburn Ave. and Park Place in Atlanta.
