If you’re looking for ways to get creative on the cheap, you’ve got a few options this week:
- On Sunday, March 17, head to Williams-Sonoma for a hands-on seed-starting workshop. There’s a $10 fee per person. You’ll receive heirloom seeds, starter pots and soil and go home with five seed starts that you’ve created. The registration fee will be donated to the Edible Schoolyard Project RSVP at your local store.
- From 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. on March 17, 2013, stop by participating Michaels locations for a free Heidi Swapp Color Shine Show IN Tell event.
- At 10:00 a.m. on March 17, stop by participating Pottery Barn locations for a free Create a Custom Easter Basket workshop.
- From 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, kids can make Fluttering Butterflies during the free craft event at Lakeshore Learning Stores.
