From April 12-28, 2013, Ragtime: The Musical will be at The Strand. I’ll be snagging discount tickets to Ragtime; the music should be fantastic.
Here’s the quick summary: “At the dawn of a new century, everything is changing… and anything is possible. Set in the volatile melting pot of turn-of-the-century New York, Ragtime weaves together three distinctly American tales–that of a stifled suburban mother, an inventive Jewish immigrant, and a daring young Harlem musician–united by their courage, compassion, and belief in the promise of the future. Their compelling stories intertwine to form a rich tapestry of hopes and dreams, struggles and triumphs, rhythm and rhyme–set to an epic, Tony Award-winning score by Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens.”

- While they last, you can snag discount tickets to select performances of Ragtime: The Musical on PoshDealz. As of today (February 27), tickets are available for performances on April 12, 13, 14, & 18, 2013.
- You’ll need to sign up with Goldstar to take advantage of this deal (it’s free to sign up). On the Atlanta page, you’ll find an offer to get discount tickets to Ragtime: The Musical. As of today, there are discount tickets available for most performances from April 14-28, 2013. Unless it sells out early, the last of the discount vouchers will be available until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2013.
