Through March 3, 2013, Tales of Edgar Allan Poe will be at The Center for Puppetry Arts. I’m going to try & make it out to this show, as it looks awesome. Per the summary: “Step inside the ruins of a fallen house where mysterious spirits bedevil the living and where it is always a midnight dreary. Gothic designs, haunting music, and shadowy figures breathe life into Poe’s tapestry of terror, weaving his classics The Raven, The Tell-Tale Heart, The Bells, The Black Cat, and The Cask of Amontillado with his lesser known works Berenice, The Oval Portrait, M.S. Found in a Bottle, and Lenore. These macabre tales will leave your heart pounding, evermore!”

Watching over the insect citizens is the one and only Mighty Bug, a superhero with super strength, smelling, hearing, and flying abilities. But Mighty Bug isn’t the only arthropod with an eye on Bugville. The evil arachnid Scorpiana has assembled a group to attack the town. Can Mighty Bug defeat them.”
