mighty bugThrough March 17, 2013, The Adventures of Mighty Bug will be at the Center for Puppetry Arts.

It sounds like a cute show. Per the summary: “Welcome to Bugville, a jumpin’ little insect community that swings to the Bugville Boogie and the sweet sounds of WBUG Radio star Morpha Butterfly. Watching over the insect citizens is the one and only Mighty Bug, a superhero with super strength, smelling, hearing, and flying abilities. But Mighty Bug isn’t the only arthropod with an eye on Bugville. The evil arachnid Scorpiana has assembled a group to attack the town. Can Mighty Bug defeat the.”

Want to skip the show & just check out the Jim Henson exhibitions & other puppets in the museum? From 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. on Thursdays, it’s free to tour the museum.

And Saturday, March 2, 2013, is the next Fulton County Free Museum Day; admission to the museum is free for Fulton County residents, government employees & students. If you opt to see the show while you’re there, you can save 25% on a ticket.
