We missed this last year, but I’ll be buying my tickets early so that we catch it this time around; it sounds like a fun afternoon at the theatre:
Synchronicity Theatre is putting on a production of Petite Rouge–essentially, it’s Little Red Riding Hood with a Cajun twist. Per the summary: “A swamp chorus sings backup in this foot-stomping zydeco musical steeped in hot sauce. Imagine a Cajun Red Riding Hood with a big, bad gator in the wolf role, and a wild chase through Mardi Gras. From the playwright and composer of the Junie B. Jones and Miss Nelson musicals.”

- On Goldstar’s Atlanta page, you’ll find an offer to save 50% on tickets to Petite Rouge. As of today (January 22), Goldstar has vouchers available for performances from April 2-21, 2013. Unless they sell out sooner, the last of the vouchers will be available until 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 21, 2013.
- And Pavé Life has discount tickets for most performances of Petite Rouge at Horizon Theatre, too.
