I can’t make it this week, but this is on my to-do list for later this month: On January 15 and 29, 2013, you can explore the Atlanta History Center after dark.
From 5:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. each night, you can enjoy free admission to the museum, interact with living history characters reflecting pivotal moments in Atlanta’s history, and more, and there’ll be a cash bar for those inclined. The Atlanta History Center After Hours: Celebrating 100 Years of Hospitality event marks the 100th anniversary of the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Atlanta History Center is located at 130 West Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta.
