If you’re looking for an inexpensive holiday lights display, check out Lights of Life in Marietta.
Admission is cheapest on Sunday-Thursday: It’s $5/car, $10/passenger van, and $20/bus. On Friday & Saturday, it’s $10/car, $10/passenger van, and $20/bus.
But it may be worth the extra cost if you want to take advantage of the weekend festivities while you’re there. From 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on Fridays & Saturdays, you can listen to holiday music performed by Cobb County high school students. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, there’ll be a petting zoo, train rides ($3/person), pony rides ($5/person), and photos with Santa ($12/person).
Lights of Life will take place from November 22-December 31, 2012, on the campus of Life University, located on Barclay Circle off Hwy 41/Cobb Parkway in Marietta.
