On Fourth Saturday Family Fun Days at Centennial Olympic Park, you can take advantage of free activities for kids—crafts & workshops, life-size chess games, appearances by local sports mascots, street performers, family-friendly performances, and more. I say it’s for kids, but it’s truly fun for the whole family.
If you haven’t made it out yet, you’ve got one more chance during the 2012 season. On Saturday, September 22, the Fourth Saturday Family Fun Day will highlight Our Many Cultures. The event starts at noon and runs until 4:00 p.m.
FYI–If it’s hot enough, you know the kids are going to want to splash around in the Fountain of Rings to cool off, so plan accordingly.
