From 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. 0n Sunday, June 3, 2012, the Woodruff Arts Center will host a free Community Day. There’ll be plenty to see & do:
- Check out instruments at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra’s petting zoo.
- Participate in acting workshops (registration required) or watch performances of “Waiting for Balloon,” & a reading of “Wish You Were Here” at The Alliance Theatre.
- Enjoy free admission to the High Museum of Art and get creative with the art workshop.
- Take part in hands-on activities (storytelling, puppet shows, a community art project, multi-cultural music & more) & interactive performances by Young Audiences.
Woodruff Arts Center is located at 1280 Peachtree St. NE, Atlanta.
