And of course, don’t miss the highlight of the festival: The Halloween Parade. The parade starts at 4:00 p.m. on Euclid & Moreland Avenues. Parking is always tricky; opt for MARTA when possible (parking & MARTA tips). With ghosts, goblins, and skeletons galore, you’ll have a ghoulishly good time.
