purchased my favorite piece of art in Asheville, I’ll definitely be checking out this exhibition at Mudfire: Asheville in Atlanta 2011. This year’s exhibition features the works of Shawn Ireland, Kyle Carpenter, Alex Matisse, Dyann Myers, and Kari Weaver Hopkins.
The opening reception is Saturday, September 17, from 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., and the exhibition will be on display through November 5, 2011. You can preview the exhibition online, but it’s worth browsing in person to see the subtleties in each work.
