Ticket Discount for Diana: A Celebration at the Atlanta Civic Center

Posted By admin on February 8, 2010

It took a while, but the Atlanta Civic Center has finally made a discount ticket offer available for Diana: A Celebration. image I’m definitely taking the girls to see this one. They’re 5 & 8 and still love princesses; I can’t pass up the opportunity to let them see a real princess’ belongings up close.

First, the exhibition: For those of you who aren’t familiar with it, Diana: A Celebration showcases the life & works of Diana, Princess of Wales. There’s a tiara gallery, her wedding gown, evening gowns, and family heirlooms, to name a few of the 150 items on display, and the exhibition covers her humanitarian works, too.

The details: Diana: A Celebration will be at the Atlanta Civic Center through June 13, 2010. Tickets are $18.50 for adults, $12 for children ages 6-12, and $15.50 for seniors age 65+, students with ID & groups of 10+. Kids age 5 & under are free.

The discounts:

1) You can print this coupon to save $7 when you buy a pair of adult tickets at the box office. Prefer to buy tickets online? Select two adult tickets & use promo code “LOVE” to save $7. The offer expires on February 28, 2010.

2) You can buy a combo ticket to Diana & the Georgia Aquarium. BUT this is not a good deal at the moment. The combo tickets are $39.99 for adults, $29.00 for kids ages 6-17, and $19.50 for kids ages 3-5. Through February 28, you’ll save more if you purchase your tickets separately. The Georgia Aquarium has a $20 ticket social media discount & a $25 Me & Mommy discount (covers 1 adult, 4 kids age 5 & under, & parking). Bonus: Though you have to buy them by the end of the month, you don’t have to use your Georgia Aquarium tickets by Feb. 28. Even at Diana’s regular prices, you’ll come out ahead. But you’ll save a small fortune if you have one or more kids age 5 or under since they’re free at Diana & essentially free with the Me & Mommy deal at the aquarium.

3) If you’re looking for a hotel package, you’ll find several here. YMMV (your mileage may vary) as to whether these are good deals. If you have hotel rewards, work the numbers to see if you’ll get a better deal by booking your room & then buying tickets a la carte.

The Atlanta Civic Center is located at 395 Piedmont Ave., Atlanta.
